Bond Financial Network works closely with an array of different carriers that offer a wide range of dental plans to employer groups. We have listed below the three plans we find are most popular with groups under 50 employees. A dental product offered exclusively to Bond Financial Network clients of less then 50 employees in New York State. This Guardian plan does not offer any orthodontia coverage. This option gives small group clientele an opportunity to be able to take advantage of the Guardian network.

An option offered only for groups with 16-49 eligible employees.  This plan offers dependant coverage for full-time students to age 26.  This plan allows small groups to offer a dental package to their employees with orthodontia coverage with a lifetime maximum of $1,000.  Please note some specific industries are excluded from being eligible for these plans and these rates shown are for the Rochester area ONLY.  Please contact us directly for rates specific to your area outside of Rochester.

Excellus offers no copays or deductibles for preventive and diagnostic services. Preventive services do not count against annual maximums which help to save your benefit dollars for other procedures. This includes different plans designed with different levels of coverage for preventative, basic and major services. Also, provides your group will different annual maximum amounts so you can pick which best fits your group’s needs.
